Payment

JUST ADD PEOPLE ApS accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay.

Payment will only be taken from your account when the physical item is dispatched or the digital product has been created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

All amounts on the website are exclusive of VAT.
The website uses the following currency for pricing:

JUST ADD PEOPLE ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with the SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by unauthorised third parties.

JUST ADD PEOPLE ApS’s own website also uses encryption with the SSL protocol.

Delivery

The delivery time for your order is 2–14 business days.

JUST ADD PEOPLE ApS dispatches goods with the following: Collection, GLS - Business, GLS - Private, PostNord - Private, PostNord - Business, Danske Fragtmænd, external moving company, and external installation company.

Shipping is calculated based on weight and price.

You will be able to choose between having the parcel sent “without delivery to your door” or “with delivery to your door”.

You will always receive a track and trace number, so you can follow your parcel from our warehouse to your home.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day full right of return on goods bought on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

Any return costs are paid by you.

A request to use the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to hello@justaddpeople.dk. The message must clearly state that you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal.

Condition of the item when returning

You are liable for any reduction in the item’s value caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics, and function. This means you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical shop.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will receive a smaller part of the purchase price back, or none at all. It is up to JUST ADD PEOPLE ApS to assess the condition of the item.

Right to complain

You are covered by a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right to complain applies to all faults in software, materials, and workmanship.

Complaints regarding faults and defects must be reported to JUST ADD PEOPLE ApS within a reasonable time after receiving the item. A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We refund reasonable shipping costs.

The right to complain is void in the event of incorrect or unusual workstation of the product.

JUST ADD PEOPLE ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Complaints are not accepted if they are sent cash on delivery.

We do not resell personal information and do not pass your personal information on to others; it is only registered in our customer register. You can have your information deleted at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with JUST ADD PEOPLE ApS, we need the following information:

We register your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you.

Personal data is registered with JUST ADD PEOPLE ApS and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

The director and employees of JUST ADD PEOPLE ApS have access to the information registered about you.
