Payment

JUST ADD PEOPLE ApS accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, ApplePay.

Payment will only be withdrawn from your account when the physical item is dispatched or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

All amounts on the website are exclusive of VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

Delivery

The delivery time for your order is 2-14 working days.

JUST ADD PEOPLE ApS dispatches goods with the following: Pickup, GLS - Business, GLS - Private, PostNord - Private, PostNord - Business, Danish Freight Carriers, external moving company and external assembly company.

The shipping solution is calculated based on weight and price.

You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without delivery" or "with delivery".

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

Right of withdrawal

A full 14-day return right is granted on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14-day period starts the day the order is delivered.

Any return costs are borne by you.

Requests to use the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to hello@justaddpeople.dk. The message must clearly state your wish to use the right of withdrawal.

Condition of the item upon return

You are liable for any reduction in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and function of the item. This means you may try the item in the same way as if you shopped in a physical store.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that upon withdrawal from the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to JUST ADD PEOPLE ApS to assess the condition of the item.

Right to claim

A 2-year right to claim is granted on products according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right to claim applies to all faults in software, material, and manufacture.

Claims regarding faults and defects must be reported to JUST ADD PEOPLE ApS within a reasonable time after receiving the item. A maximum of two months is considered reasonable time unless otherwise agreed. We refund reasonable shipping costs.

The claim is voided by incorrect or unusual workstation of the product.

JUST ADD PEOPLE ApS covers return costs to a reasonable extent.
