In-stock items are shipped when the order has been payed and will be delivered within 2–8 business days depending on your location. For items on backorder or shipped via partner warehouses, delivery times are listed just above the ‘Add to cart’ button.

It depends on what you order. Smaller parcels are usually shipped with GLS. Larger items like washing units are delivered on pallets by freight carrier. We always try to avoid pallet delivery if possible, so you're not left with them to dispose of.
