You can pay by card, Apple Pay or proforma-invoice. You select your preferred payment method at checkout. When paying online, we will charge you in DKK to keep exchange-fees and prices as low as possible.
Shipping is €39 and orders over €200 gets free shipping. Nice, right?
In-stock items are shipped when the order has been payed and will be delivered within 2–8 business days depending on your location. For items on backorder or shipped via partner warehouses, delivery times are listed just above the ‘Add to cart’ button.
It depends on what you order. Smaller parcels are usually shipped with GLS. Larger items like washing units are delivered on pallets by freight carrier. Mirrors will often be shipped on pallets to ensure a safe delivery. We always try to avoid pallet delivery if possible, so you're not left with them to dispose of.
Most furniture comes fully assembled or can be put together without tools. For example, styling chairs usually arrive in two parts – base and seat – that simply click together.
All our products come with at least a 2-year warranty covering mechanical defects.
Yes, you can return your product within 14 days of receiving it – as long as it hasn’t been used or made especially for you.
